Heel Stretches

I know stetching everyday improves your flexibility. Which i do. But what ones improve Heel Strecthes ?

try standing against a wall or something like a wall and lift your leg up against it. try to get closer and closer to the wall, like use your hands to pull your body closer which will stretch out your leg upwards, like you would have it in a heel stretch. i hope that makes sense! =]
