Do you think i have to worry about eating a fattening food if it has twice as much protein then it does fat?
For example, I ate a Smokehouse Turkey sandwich at Panera Bread. It has 28g fats, 54g protein, and 790 calories. I know your body burns off more calories while digesting protein, and I also burn about 555 calories during exercise every night.

i'm not sure it ALL would balance out, but just as long as you're eating healthy it should all work out. :] hope i helped. [ Annerszz_101's advice column | Ask Annerszz_101 A Question ]
