hi , i was just wondering
i run for about an hour on my treadmill everynight.
i'm looking to lose weight in my legs & stomach.
i want to drop about 25 pounds.
but i don't want muslce. i want to be skinny. i wear a size 13 pants, i wanna be about a 5 or 6. If I keep running, will my sizes go up or down? I wear a size xlarge in preppy tops (american eagle, aero.) looking for at least a size medium. I want to lose weight, not gain muclse. Will I lose or gain weight with a treadmill ?

Actually running helps build muscle not lose it. The best thing is to ride a bike to slim your etire body down because you are using your legs, args, waist, stomach, etc. Walking and running only exercise your legs and thighs. Also you need to stop drinking pop and replace it with water or at least flavored water. The vitamin flavor water is absolutely amzing. Also cutting out chocolate would help too. Eliminate those two things and you will lose the weight in no time. Don't cut out meals because that actually makes you gain weight so eat at least five times a day. Breakfaast, small snack, lunch, small snack, and dinner. This will help the process of digestion and help even you weight. This will help your body slim to the same size everywhere.
