If your a little to anxious, You can take one up to three-five days before your missed period.
But I'd advise you to take another a couple of weeks later if you still do not get your period, There not always so accurate.
I took three before I was for sure.
One two weeks before my missed period, one a day after my missed period & another like a week later.
The first said I wasn't, & I'm currently 21 weeks pregnant.
You can also go to the doctor, where they will simply give you a pregnancy test for free.
:)
Hope this helps. [ amber_x's advice column | Ask amber_x A Question ]

Also, DO NOT take a test in the morning during your first urination of the day. There is a high chance of it being inaccurate. Mid-day is best. [ wisechick56's advice column | Ask wisechick56 A Question ]
