I Want an abercrombie body

What should i do to get an abercrombie body? I'm a guy, 17, and want a Vcut stomach and abs to match.

You will have to get your body fat very low for definition. Those guys watch every bite they put in thier mouths because it's thier livelihood to look good. And workout heavy and hard to build the muscle, not so much size but density. When your work abs, do leg raises or situps or crunches TO FAILURE three times in a day and then rest them next day.
No pain, no gain!
