im underage. if i were carrying a bottle of alcohol in my car, but it WASN'T open, and i got pulled over just say at a road block of something, and they found it, could i be in any kind of trouble? i've heard that if it's not open, they cant do anything about it.

Yes you'd be in trouble. I am not aware of any state that doesn't have a "Minor in Possesion" law. If it's open then you'd have even more problems. So yes they can do something about it, open or closed. [ Nallie's advice column | Ask Nallie A Question ]

keep it in your trunk and out of the
passenger area of your car.
Even 1 can of beer could be considered
an open container. The can may not be
open, but the box it came in is...even
if you don't have the box. :) [ karenR's advice column | Ask karenR A Question ]
