If it's not a cold sore it could be kind of like acne. Even if you don't normally have acne, it could be some under the skin thing. It sounds like it will go away. Or, if it's on the inside of your mouth, it could be an ulcer. I have an ulcer on the inside of my lip from playing saxophone so much. If it doesn't go away within the next week, try using cold sore medication on it anyway.

Well are you sure that it isn't a cold sore? Because cold sores don't all look the same. I've had cold sores that doesn't look like one, but the doctors said it was. If your sexually active, it could be an STD. If your not, then bumps like that can be caused by eating salty foods, constipation, and change of climate. ♥
