How do I rinse my face after using face wash?

Question Posted Sunday July 6 2008, 8:18 am

I have this neutrogena face scrub. I wet my face with a washcloth and follow the steps. But when it says rinse I get confused.

How can I rinse my face using a sink? I cant fit my head under the faucet lol

Does just using your hands to rub your face with water and drying (patting it dry) with a towel count as rinsing your face and drying it? (I'm using the washing the dishes echnique for that theory =/)

A less messy alternative to the ideas suggested already is just using the wet facecloth and washing the scrub off with it by gently wiping your face. Rinse the washcloth out a couple times and repeat on your entire face. You'll know when it's all gone because you won't see or feel it anymore.

I cup water in my hands and then splash it on my face. Or i use it in the shower and just rinse it off.

Yeah, just try to splash water on your face until you feel like the scrub is gone. You'll probably have to splash yourself a lot. And yes, that counts as rinsing and drying it. I think it's easier to wash my face in the shower, you might want to try it.

Lol. You kinda cup your hands and hold your hands cupped under the faucet and then splash the water on your face. Make sure your face is kinda bending down towards the sink and that your hands are close to your face when you splash. Repeate this like 7-10 times haha. I hope this makes sense!
If worst comes to worst just do it in the shower it will work fine :)
