I bit my cheek REALLY hard! On thursday I was at a party & I wanted to have fresh breath so I kept chewing gum, but I guess I chewed too much, because I bit my cheek twice from my jaw being tired. So the 3rd time was HORRIBLE. I was dancin w/ some guy and omg. I could taste the blood, feel the pain.
So today is basically Sunday and it still hurts! I haven't re bit it, but my friend pinched my cheeks just jokingly because he forgot I bit it and wooow. It hurts. What should I do? I feel it throbbing right now. =(

Next time if your worried about having fresh breath, you should pop a couple of mints instead of chewing gum. Then you won't bite your cheek and plus... i have read that mints actually work better then gum when trying to keep fresh breath for a long period of time. ]
*Try not to bite it any more.
*If it's throbbing, suck some ice.
*You could try products like bonjela.
Oral cuts heal quite fast, so that is the plus side, although they are annoying and painful.
Just give it a few days and you should be fine. :] ]
