You should never pierce your nose on your own,
There's so many germs & so many infections you can get.
I'd suggest going & getting it professionally done, I'd say it
doesn't cost anymore than $70.

Hope This Helps.
=)

First of all, I would never ever try to pierce any part of your body by yourself. If you are still interested in have your nose pierced you should go see a trained professional. Piercing your nose yourself, greatly increases the risk for infection.

I would take it all the way out and clean it with soap and water. Ask an older sister or brother or your parents if it looks infected. You should never pierce a body part yourself. I would go see a doctor if you would like to try again.

What do you mean by "bad"?
The most that can happen is it'll leave a bit of scar tissue making it harder to pierce next time.
Do yourself a favour and just go to a professional. They know what they're doing, it's quick and simple and you can be sure their equipment is 100% properly steralized, whereas yours most probably isn't.
