Microsoft word How do you get a background for a document? Like a bunch of butterflies or whatever. I really don't know how to describe it though. But if you know or have any suggestions that'd be great :D. I DO RATE HIGH 5 star promise :) thanks.

It Does Depend Upon What Version Of Word Document You Have. Like The Other Two Said, You Can Do Ither One. But, I Thought Of Another Way, You Could Insert A Picture And Stretch It To The Size Of The Document. And, You're Going To Have To Find The Picture Of Butterflys You Wanted, Need Any Help There, I Can Find Good Backgrounds.
And, For The Doing A Watermark, You'll Have To Change The Page Layout If You Want The Background To Stretch It's Full Length.
Hope I Helped Any,

The best I can think of is:
When you open your word document, go to INSERT and you should see "watermark".
If you click on that and select the picture, it will come up as a background that you can type over.
I'm not sure how it will look when printed out (you should probably test it on a simple photo that way you don't use too much ink).
I'm also using microsoft works word processor (so if you have something different, my answer may not be helpful.)
EDIT
I just read LaUgH_OuT_LoUd_x0x's answer, and my program doesn't have an option for me to go to format, background, etc. like LaUgH_OuT_LoUd_x0x said. So, I hope her answer works for you, but if not, I hope mine can give you an alternative way. ]
Click Format.
Scroll down to "Background".
Click the tab that says "Fill Effects".
Click the "Picture" tab.
Hit "Select Picture" and choose a picture.
