I see that some columnists have an extra gold star next to their name. What is it? How do I get one?

Cux answered Friday July 4 2008, 4:53 pm: The gold star is for paid accounts. You can purchase a paid account for only $10 a year. A lot of people have said that it is way worth it simply because you no longer see those crazy ads all over the site. You get a bunch of extra features, as in being able to see the questioner's gender, age, feedback score (how many people they have actually feedback-ed), average feedback (what they usually rate people), and all of their previous questions. You can also see if they have any unread answers, so you have a better idea if the person has read your answer yet or not. The only thing you can't really see is their username, but being able to see their past questions is a huge help in giving good advice!
