my ankle hurts alot

so recently i've been training for xc by running.
and i ran 2 days ago for a mile and yesterday for a mile. but after yesterday i must have rolled or twisted my ankle. now when i try to run its hurts so much. i forced myself to jog but it still hurt!
how can i get the pain to go away?!

what you need to do is go get a check up on your ankle because it might be broken or you can take some pain pills or just lay off of your ankle for a while

STOP forcing yourself to run. You're only going to make it WORSE.


That's the first [and best] step to take in making it better. I'd suggest staying off it as much as possible, so that it heals as fast as possible. Try putting ice on it [20 minutes on, 20 minutes off]. If it's hurting really bad even after that, take a pain reliever of some sort.
