Is there any "remedies" that help you lose weight? Like I know if you drink the snapple green tea you start to lose some weight because it boosts your metabolism. I would like to know anything & everything. I am open to any answers you may have... but I would like to know that this is tried & true but either you or a friend so I know that it actually has/does work.
Thanks

Also, snapple green tea will NOT help, it has additives in it and really is not much green tea at all. Use tea bags and sweeten it with sugar or honey if you must. Any small extra movements throughout your day will also help. Drinking ice cold water helps boost the metab because your body used more energy to warm itself after. Interval exercise is great. Getting enough sleep helps. as well as the basics of eating smaller portions and healthier foods and exercise. Try and only drink water and tea and not juice or soda--way too much sugar. I heard that a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar will help curb appetite. And it is true...do not eat for three hours before you go to sleep. good luck [ person43's advice column | Ask person43 A Question ]
sweetipie205 answered Thursday July 3 2008, 12:39 am: Well, I have to get in shape for softball every year. So what I usually do is try to go for jogs every day. so sit-ups and other stuff. I also do volleyball. And I have to eat healthier foods. If you drink a lot of sodas, I recommend to stop doing that. My mom and I lost about 20 pounds....and I lost about 2 inches by not drinking soda. Don't ask about the inches. But try to exercise more and eat more healthier foods. Go out for small jobs, eat more fruits, drink more water. That type of stuff helps.

My solution was cutting all my food to smaller portions.
Eating only lean meats, furits, vegtables, water, milk, cereal.
And adding about 2hrs of stationary biking (with literally 4 seatpants+sweatshirts) after my 2 hr wrestling practice.
But that is just me. I know that eating organic spicy foods before every meal increases matabolism.
I say google "foods that boost matabolism" or something like that and follow through.
