well so i have to have the courage and walk up to some people and talk...alright then how does that start?i mean what do i start of saying? hey im sara......ok?lol what are some good topics i can start for the first time when i meet people,i really dont want to be a loner or wait for people to come up to me>.<
and are there alot of racist people in college?cuz i dont think i can tolerate that!>.<

Oh no it's okay I love helping people out! I agree with you, I can't stand racism. But college is like a melting pot and everyone I've met was so cool about our differences! I'm sure there probably are some racist people but they're probably quiet and don't have any friends because no one likes that type of attitude!
Now if you walk up to someone and introduce yourself. I find something that it looks that we have in common maybe. One girl I walked up to her and started a conversation on her flip-flops because they're from my favorite store, and now we're good friends! Find something positive to say to them, and there's a good chance you'll hit it off and be friends. ]
