Target. They're actually having a sale on tote bags now, I believe.
Other than that, Hot Topic has some good ones, but most of them are for bands and whatnot.

The back is totally plain, no design at all.
And it's very well-made.
A lot of other sites right now have bright colors because of summer merchandise. Try WalMart and Target, they usually have "basic" canvas totes and whatnot. Good luck!
