Unless someone is doing it wrong, after the first few minutes of sex (Or the next time you have it, whichever comes first). Of course, like all things, this does vary.
If sex is hurting you consistantly, try to relax and enjoy yourself more. Feeling nervous and anxious during sex can manifest itself in the form of pain.

its different for everyone. It never hurt me. If its hurting you than maybe next time you should try lube or before sex try fingering with a few fingers to loosen it up a little bit.

Normally, after the first few times it begins to feel good I suppose. When I lost my virginity, I didn't have sex again until a year later. So, it was kind of like being a virgin all over again. But after the first two or three times it doesn't hurt so bad! ♥
