To let someone know, you gotta start "hoookin up with them." Meaning find a summer fling, doesnt even need to be a boyfriend, someone to just make out with and such. Fourth of july would be a great time to find thta hook up, and then keep on hookin up a bit moer. After hangin out a few times and makin out and such, just reach for his pants or put his hand down your pants/up your shirt. Well i always tell everyone to have good communication with people. If you cant talk to someone about what you want to do then why are you even doing it right? I think that if you dont feel comfortable talking to them you can always just go for it maybe by putting his hand where you want it seeing where it goes. Also putting your hand places then moving them. Also if you want him to do something to you you should do that to him he will hopefully catch on and do it back. Good Luck
