Running Music
Does anyone know songs that are good for going running? Slown or fast i don't care, just a song with a beat that wont make you feel like stopping or slowing down.

Go on Itunes and search for a podcast called PODRUNNER. Every week you get new music. You can't tell from the previews (it just sounds like generic techno), but it actually is real, good music. And each one is labeled with the heart rate per minute so you can decide how fast or slow you wanna go.
