i saw a layout on a girls myspace like this, only the waves were on the outside of the other boxes, and the part where the waves are on now is just white..
i dont know where she got it and i tried googling moving water layouts, but please tell me if you know where i can find this layout =D thanks

i dont know where you can find it but i know how you can make it wich will be faster & easier...
look for a layout just like it but plain white boxes and right click and save the water moving thingy on these boxes. next you upload the water thing to a photobucket so you could get the url & in the other layout code look for where it says backgroundURL or something like that & replace that url with the water one.
the just save & you should have the layout like the one your descriving.
