my period help!!!

hey pinkpolkadots...
i am 13 years old and ive only had my period once and its a week before im supposed to get it again. i have had brown discharge for 2 days and when i wipe its brown and a little pinkish... does this mean im going to get my period soon???? hope you can help <333

Yeah, I get that sometimes too a little before and a little after my period.

If you're getting that discharge, it probably means it's coming again soon. I would wear a pad or tampon just incase.

Don't worry that it's still a week before you're supposed to get it. You just started getting periods so it's probably not going to be "regular" yet. When I first got my period, it took about six months of getting it for it to even out and come the same time each month.

Like I said, just to be safe I would use a precautionary pad or tampon, whichever you prefer.
