sooo i went to the movie today..and we went to go see sex and the city..except it was sold out..so we got our an hour early.
so killing time, we went into waldbaums and walked around..then we went down the card aisle. now i already planned that i should get him a card to cheer him up, and i just happened to remember. so we search for the perfect one..i was looking for a song one. so we found the PERFECT one..something about sand and getting away..and the whole bit, and when you opened it up it played Kokomo by the beach boys. and so we got it..we searched for a card that didnt have anything to do with the card we got, so he didnt know it was a music card (since u know those enevlopes have the music bars on them..i asked my dad to take a detour home to double check his house number..and im like wait thats a waste of a stamp..we wrote it out..well my friend did so, since he isnt fimilar with her hand writing and we wrote in her purple pen. "you love purple and we love you, smile because we care" and i sealed it and put it his name on the front..i get out of the car and my dad pulled up right to the mailbox where my door was..and there wasnt enough room to open the mailbox with the door right there..so i had to close the door..i put the card in far in..and close the mailbox..i turn around..and my father locked me out.
and they laughed. then my friend was like "we should have slowly drove" im like "i woulda ran down the street" i didnt care if i was in flip flops. i get home..and his away message says "Outside bb by 11" and im liek "oh shit" because i was at his house at like 11:25. =]
