No. It's possible to have peaceful anarchy. The two are not mutually exclusive. The opposite of peace is war, and the opposite of anarchy is authoritarianism, or just government in general.

It is your body art, do what feels right for you. Are you going to be able to live with it forever? Then do it. The contradiction that you would be displaying would be a statement in its self. besides it's not so much a contradiction as a opposing forces, not unlike the yin and yang. I like the idea, and I think you should go for it, Especially if these two symbols represent who you are.

anarchy represents chaos and fighting, conflict.
but, like peace it's for change.
peace wants to change how people hate and disagree. anarchy wants to stop rules.
in the end, they both want freedom.
so, im not 100 percent, but i would say no.
