What can I do to get guys to notice me?

Okay so I'm a 15/f but no guys notice me. I'm kinda quirky and stuff and I want to know what I can do to get the guys to notice me. I'd like a bf, but I'm not desperate. Some tips would be wonderful!

Be flirty, but play hard to get.
it's kinda like the whole single yet unattainable gig... but don't forget to just be you.
you don't want to get someone to like you when you're not even being yourself.
