PLZ HeLP! :'( OK WELL HERE'S THE PROBLEM. EVERYTIME I CLOSE MY EYES AND TRY TO GO TO SLEEP. YOU KNOW? WHEN YOU'RE TRYING TO MAKE YOURSELF GO TO SLEEP. WELL WHEN I DO THAT. MY BODY JUST FEELS LIKE IT SHUTS DOWN ON ME. IT MAKES IT FEEL LIKE I CAN'T MOVE OR EVEN BREATHE. THEN IT'S COMPLETELY DARK. [EVEN WHEN I KNOW thee LIGHTS ARE ON IN MY ROOM] && WHEN I FinaLLY ABLE TO OPEN My EYES. I'M SWEATING.

I think that here we are in no state to diagnose you, so the best solution is definitely to consult a doctor. It may not be anything serious at all, but to be on the safe side, you should consult a doctor. ]
