Question Posted Sunday June 15 2008, 5:22 am

OK WELL HERE'S THE PROBLEM. EVERYTIME I CLOSE MY EYES AND TRY TO GO TO SLEEP. YOU KNOW? WHEN YOU'RE TRYING TO MAKE YOURSELF GO TO SLEEP. WELL WHEN I DO THAT. MY BODY JUST FEELS LIKE IT SHUTS DOWN ON ME. IT MAKES IT FEEL LIKE I CAN'T MOVE OR EVEN BREATHE. THEN IT'S COMPLETELY DARK. [EVEN WHEN I KNOW thee LIGHTS ARE ON IN MY ROOM] && WHEN I FinaLLY ABLE TO OPEN My EYES. I'M SWEATING.

WHAT COULD BE WRONG?

Ask yourself these questions:

1. Am i / have i got any reason to be worried about anything?
a)If so can i solve that any way?
2. Am i stressed out with anything?
a)It could be little like 'i need to buy milk' or 'i need to hand that slip in'
b)Or it could be a big thing like 'i've got loads of exams' or 'i'm getting divorced'

I'm not suggesting that these problems are yours. They're just examples

3. Is my diet and daily behaviour normal to my routine?
a)Sudden change in diet/behaviour can affect your sleeping habbits too.

4. Should i see a doctor?
a)The answer to this is probably 'Yes'. I'm not suggesting anything's wrong with you, but he/she will be able to help you much more than i will.

Hope your sleeping and you get(s) better soon =D

Tell me how things go (My email is on my collumn)

I think that here we are in no state to diagnose you, so the best solution is definitely to consult a doctor. It may not be anything serious at all, but to be on the safe side, you should consult a doctor.
