Ramneet answered Sunday February 22 2015, 11:55 pm: Hockey is the sport of strength and speed and if you want to play well, then I would advice you to reach out to some high school hockey coaches to get training from them. Trust me, it is the best way to learn all about hockey and be a good player. The coach you choose will offer you all the needed exercises and drills so that you can perform your best on field. Plus, you will be given some key responsibilities regarding the management of a hockey team, which you can fulfill perfectly with the help of a leading sports team management website. This part is important as this states the same value as the learning part of the game. You can go for sportzly as this is counted as one of the finest sports team management websites available online. Unlike some other websites, it provides all its management services and tools for free without any hidden payments or fee. You can set up email reminders for your team, upload photos and videos to keep them motivated all the time, and many more things. Check it and I am sure you will like it. When we run to practice we have ti bring our feild hockey stickes with us. Try getting use to the feel of running with a feild hockey stick by running on your street with it. It will look funny but it makes a good effort. [ unicyclegurl1994's advice column | Ask unicyclegurl1994 A Question ]

my old high school had the best team in the state and most of their summer training was running. try running around 3 miles everyday and you should be prepared for fall. <3 [ LoveNJstyle's advice column | Ask LoveNJstyle A Question ]
