Tell him straight up that you don't like it, tell him why you don't like it and tell him that if he doesn't back off and leave you alone that you will seek legal action against him. Once you tell him, do tell someone close about his obsession so someone is aware of it.

I'm guessing you don't, so...
*Make your feelings known to him and make it clear you don't like the fact he's invading your personal space. Tell him to back off. Not in those exact words, try to be nicer about it if you can.
*Don't do/say anything to lead him on - because he will carry on.
*Try to avoid him if you can.
It would have helped if you gave examples of why he's obsessed with you etc, to give you better ways of getting it to stop. Does he stalk you? If so, it's worth getting an adult involved (teacher, parent, older sibling) if you've already told him to stop and he doesn't listen.
If he's just infatuated with you and he's not harming you/following you/creeping you out, then just let nature run it's course and it'll stop. [ thelaura's advice column | Ask thelaura A Question ]
