its when a girl isnt really skinny (not saying she's fat either!)
and its the curves to her hips.
some people love them and some people dont.
it really depends.
for the most part, guys love love handles because it shows the girl isnt way way skinny.
but TOO MUCH love handles could be bad to the point where their no longer love handles but fat handles.
