Let me check out what it says for small busts:
1.) Try a twisted tub top- The heart shaped top creates the illusion of curves, and the twist in the middle adds cleavage without padding!
2.) Try a ruffled top- Allover ruffles fill you out, while the strings let you move the triangles to show just as much as you want.
(BTW, Seventeen magazine has swim suits for tons of body types.)
**SOme websites to check out:
delias.com (the cheapest)
ciamaritimaus.com (really cute)
ujena.com
seventeenmagazine.com (to check it out for yourself)
HOPE THAT HELPED!! XDD
