Photo editing software
What is the best program for editing photos? Besides photoshop, because i don't want to pay for it and it is kind of confusing. Right now, i have kodak easyshare, and can do cartoons and stuff like that, but can't do much with it. What are some good programs to do cool stuff with pictures?

i edit my pic on photobucket.com. its really fun so thats a good way and you dont have to download anything.

Gimp is a really good program. :] you can do all sorts of cool stuff on there. You can download it here:

I believe there are tutorials on there, but you can also search on the web for other Gimp tutorials.
