Well it does happen naturally, but since that's not what you wanted, I'll tell you my experience :) :P
I think I was 14 at the time..or almost fourteen..don't remember :) and it was in school. I was sitting outside on a bench with friends, it was pretty random, I get a message, so I get my phone out to read it, and it's from the guy I like saying ''close your eyes for 10 seconds'' I didn't think it was weird cause he always texted me random crap like that, and he's just himself, the most unique person I know. So I closed my eyes for 10 seconds and then suddenly someone jumps on me, and I find myself making out with a guy, open my eyes and it's the guy I like. It was the most random thing ever, but I was also so happy.
My friends were quite jealous, cause he's one of those guys who does whatever the f*ck he wants, and has good looks so it doesn't bother anyone.
After I saw it was him, I had my hands around his neck, and he had his around me... errr with my tongue...people do different things. With my boyfriend you kinda play around with his tongue, sometimes run it along his teeth. Just follow what he does, and you'll realize what you should do.
Like seriously, at the time, before I had my first makeout, I was so f*cking scared of making out, after the guy kissed me, I kind of improvised, and it turned out fine.
Don't worry. Follow his lead, and don't think about it constantly.

Well when people say that it just happens, they mean they don't plan for it or you just like suddenly feel like you want to do it.
He starts moving his lips close to yours, and so you should respond by moving yours towards his, and then your lips press on top of one another and you start like twirling your tongues together, i'm not sure if that's the right way of saying it, but you know, you start moving your tongue over his, and then eventually you just pull it away. When you use your tongue when your kissing, that's called french kissing.
But then you could simply like use your lips to plant small tiny kisses on each other's lips, it usually feels really good and kind of turns you on, if your like doing it with someone you really love, not just making out for fun, you know.
That's it, and then when you do that, you'll know what people mean when they say that it just happens, because there is no such thing as learning how to kiss, cause everyone of us can kiss and make out and especially when your doing it with that person you love, you'll do it without noticing and you'll find that you can do it right, and even that you could be damn experienced in it. Don't worry, it ain't hard, and it's just normal, and no one, can say something like, you don't know how to kiss or your a bad kisser, that's bullshit or that's what you see in movies.
And when your making out, your eyes should be closed, that's not something you usually plan on doing, but it just happens, cause your usually too focused on making out, and some people say its even kind of rude if your eyes are open cause its usually that you don't feel anything while the guy's kissing you, and its true, cause if you do feel something, you will close your eyes like automatically without noticing.
'Where you put your hands?' on his face, like on his cheeks or something, or around his neck as if like hugging him while making out, but if you put your hand anywhere else on his body, like lower body,lol, he's gonna get the idea that you want more than a kiss.lol.

okay well you really can't prepare for it... and honestly the more you think about it, the more you will probably worry and then you won't even enjoy it.. but since you asked I will tell you about my frist time haha..
... I was at a party and I was wearing a bathing suit(not really sure why thats important but whatever) it was with a guy I had been vrushing on for awhile and we were both sitting and just talking when he kissed me. and then we started making out.
...what to do with your hands? you can either just gently wrap them around his neck or you can run them through his hair.
...and then the tricky part, your tounge. i know you said you didnt want to hear it, but trust me after you have your first make out, you wont know how to explain it either. start off slowly, you dont want to rush into things. you can start by just runing your tounge along his lower lip until he opens his mouth a little, unless he slips his tounge out first. then just caress his tounge with yours.
...my best advice for when you do have your first make out. is just relax and see what happens. most likely when you do, you wont be thinking about my pointers anyways. just go with the flow and see how it feels.
