i want to make a website, ending in actuall - .com or .co.uk - how can i do this?

Money isnt a problem..

Those are called domain names, second-level domain names to be more exact. I use domainmonger. They include complete DNS, so it will be easy for you to set up.

I guarantee there is no free way to get a .com etc domain name.
