First of all let me congratulate you on finding a wonderful guy.
Tell "girl" to be nice to you. Tell her that this relationship will not work out if she keeps nagging and being rude to you. Tell her that it will be odd, but you would like her help in making it a sucessful relationship.
As for "guy", just keep flirting with him and if "girl" keeps it up while all of you are together, IGNORE HER! and if he asks you out...GREAT!
