You have to just be who you are, and accept who you are, cause this has nothing to do with bad self-esteem, i mean, even if you had so much confidence, that wouldn't make you funnier.
I don't really know you nor your personality, but i'm sure that you are just right the way you are, and changing our selves to something that we just aren't, is simply being fake and is not gonna work out and you know what, people may not like you when you put an act on trying to act funny on purpose.
People just love you the way you are, cause everyone one of us was born with this specific personality, that we can't change and should simply accept instead and love who we are.
And i'm sure that there is so many things about you that are good and much better than being funny, and these little characteristics are what you should be thinking about and working hard to improve. [ Lola's advice column | Ask Lola A Question ]

Just relax and be yourself. I know it sounds cheesy but if your having fun, other people will have fun too. As for your self esteem, just keep telling yourself that no one can be a better you. Don't worry about what people think of you, because they can't do it any better!
