doe this have cancer? Tanning lotion

I use a tanning product
like lotion for my legs its from the brand Loreal..
and it is called Sub Lime Bronze.. self tanning lotion , Tone Light medium ect.
o.. im wondering.. I use it on my legs only, sometimes it gets on my arms and I used it on my face once.. anyways I was wondering if there could be a way I could get cancer from this tanning lotion? My mom said sometime in the last few hours she hopes it doesn't have cancer causing stuff it in it ! NOW im worried ! Help!

Thats what I use! :]
Nope it wont give you cancer, thats tanning beds!
Spray tans wont give you cancer either.
