my family sucks
my sister us emo and cuts her self and is selfish a jerk and a major butthole... she always fights with my mom and cuts her self... my mom and dad are really strict about religion...i dont know what to do about my sister shes done so manyy harmful things that have hurt her and i dont like seeing her like this it makes me very sad

I have been in a similar situation. Cutting can be a hard thing to overcome. Try to make things less stressful for your sister, whether it be simply taking her dirty clothes to the laundry or tidying up her room a bit. It will help ease the stress of every day life. No one can make your parents decisions and nor can anyone change their opinions. Family counseling is a good way to bring a family closer and a good place to share feeling on certain subjects without the war zone.
Just be patient with your sister and parents. it will take time, things like this don't happen overnight.
