16. female. 108 pounds.

I am 108 lbs. i eat so healthy everyday.
breakfast:coffe
snack:apple
lunch: either, soup, salad, hard boil egg no yolk and a drop of mustard
snck: either 100 cal pak or gronola bar or coffee
dinner: chicken, or whole weat noodles oor meat
snack: fruit or gronola bar

i like my weight but i have a HUGE "pop belly" my stomich hangs out.
i exercise but it wont go away!!!!!!

do you have small boobs? because i have that too. i'm like 100 pounds, 15, female, and as flat as a floor board.
and when you say excercise, what do you mean? do you mean like running or doing crunches. because i'm pretty sure doing crunches would get rid of you belly better than running would
and by the way, coffee isn't really healthy.

Are you eating grapes, eating foods with lots of sodium or sugar, or drinking caffeinated beverages?

If so, the above could cause you to bloat, so maybe you're just getting bloated and it only looks like you have a "pop belly".

I can't really say whether it's caused by bloating or if it's just a "problem area," but try doing some crunches and ab exercises to see if it goes away.

However, when you exercise, even when you're focusing on the problem area, it doesn't take the fat off of that particular area, since fat goes to your butt and to your stomach first. Then it goes to the arms and the legs (that's why it's easier to firm those body parts up).

It takes awhile to actually see a difference in the size of your butt and your stomach, since those two places are where fat clings the most...
