i need to loose weight fast i want to loose 10 pounds as fast as i possibly can im not big and i know my body is capable of loosing it, mainly in my thights and butt... any help would be great thanks

The fastest way possible would be not to eat until you lose it. If you didn't eat at all and didn't do anything all day but lay in bed, you could lose around 1.5 lbs a day. If you get up and excercise, it'll be more. ]
