Actually many people's second toe is longer than the big toe and it has a name, Morton's Toe. Some studies have been done that suggest individuals with a Morton's toe may actually be more intelligent than those with a "normal" length second toe. I do not know if it is true but I would like to believe it seeing that I too have a Morton's toe.

not really, and this isn't abnormal. plenty of toes are like yours, you can relax.
