Vegan cheese that melts?
Is there any type of vegan cheese that melts (particularly brands available in the UK)? Im not a vegan but have a friend I often cook for who is. He is wanting me to make a pizza, but a pizza without cheese....isn't a pizza! The only ones I have found dont melt at all.... Any ideas?

You could buy soy cheese.
Also nutrional yeast works well with butter and milk mixed together (That's what I do) I know it sounds disgusting but it's really good! I believe you can find the recipe online. ;)
