Every time i put in my contacts, after a little while they get dirty and irritated. When i take them out to clean them, there are are brown specks of make up on them. Its also very hard to clean and often i have to use new ones. Help? I also wear eyeliner

definitly make sure your cleaning your contacts as your doctor instructed. how old is your mascara? it gets flakier the older it is. if that's not the problem; i would switch it out for another brand. are you melting the tip of your eyeliner and then applying it? that would also explain the flakes. if so, switch your eyeliner out for a softer charcoal/crayon type eyeliner.

Make sure you put your makeup on AFTER you put them in and when you take them out, open your eye wide so it doesn't graze your makeup. Maybe you're applying your eyeliner to far into your eyes, that may be why. If you're putting on eyeshadow, tap your brush to get rid of excess shadow that could blow into your eye. Thats all I can think of. Maybe try some new solution for your contacts?
