UH its a longgg story.
Im in 7th grade and 13 yrs old. My little group of friends is, 'bri', 'jay', 'cody', 'AJ', and 'Vance'. My best friend is bri. She is leaving at the end of the year and so i will just hang out with all the other guys in my group. THE PROBLEMOOOO: I like jay. I'm pretty positive jay likes me. i think he sorta thinks i like him, but he is just afraid to ask me out. How do i encourage jay to ask me out? Please dont dont say like try to hint himmm. ive tried that , ireally just want him to ask me out. should i tell? WHAT DO I DO?

If he just isn't getting the hint, you'll have to step up to the plate.
If you don't want to come right out and ask him out, you can at least give him a note or tell him that you have a crush on him.
If he likes you, he'll take it to the next level. He will be more confident to ask you out because he knows that you won't reject him.
If you're brave enough, you can ask him out.
Remember, it's just as hard for a guy to ask out a girl as it is for a girl to ask out a guy.
Worst case scenario - he'll say no. That doesn't mean you can't continue being friends.

I think you should ask him. Plain and simple. Leave him little notes. Anything. If you go around asking people he will find out and no matter what you do your relationship is always changing constantly, so theres no use beating around the bush. I had a bestfriend like this and I finally asked him turns out he didnt like me but were still friends. I hope this works out for you!! =]
