You just have to look and buy the color you want.
Charlotte Russe has a lot of basics wicked cheap- like t-shirts, tanks, tube tops, camis... and dresses too.
Skinny jeans can be found anywhere that sells jeans, pretty much. It's a matter of finding the washes you want. Check Aeropostale, Charlotte Russe, American Eagle, etc.
Delia's seems like an ideal store for you. Check out their website, because their stores leave much to be desired. At least in my area.

I'm not that great with accessories, so I'd suggest shop around, make your own, and thrift stores maybe? Some of them are really good.
