*When you go to take a snack, think about what it's really made of. Look at the ingredients, and if sugary think how bad this is for you.
*Make a chart for every time you eat something, write it down. When the week is over look at what you ate, then the next week you can improve.
*Jog around for abour 30 minutes to an hour three times a week. Stretch first!!
*Join a sports team that will get you moving around. Who cares if your bad at it, try something new. Like, swimming, lacrosse, jumprope/double dutch, etc.
*Every time you take a bite, chew it twenty times before swallowing. This will make you slow down eating so you dont eat as much. It's hard at first but worth a try.

Excersize is good,but kind of pointless when you can't control your eating habits. Try being accountable to a friend or family member.
