i already read a couple pgs which refers to something someone would consider indecent and i want to know what is generally indecent?? i kno a boy whos dad is charged with this and im wondering if he most likely just was inappropriatly touching some woman or had her give him a handjob/blowjob because on a s iteit said that it could mean either and i want to know which it usually means.

I wager the time spent in jail depends on the extent of the crime.

well, every state is different on its interpretation of meanings... Some are liberal and some are conservitive. indecent in most community standards would be unexceptable to the ordinary person of that community. as you can see some small town in tennessee is going to be different than a big city or las vagas. Generally for an assault charge of any type there has to one be a victim and two some type of fear or injury. it could be neither of what you described and be only that he showed his penis to someone in a public place. Again depends on the community standards. You technically do not have to touch someone to commit an assault. Hope this helps...
