Dance Class

Question Posted Friday May 16 2008, 9:59 pm

I love to dance. I have only been dancing for two years, and next year want to really start improving and everything. My dance studio is half an hour away from my house, and my parents have agreed with me that they will drive out twice a week. Well lucky me, everything I want to do ( which is 6 dance classes ) are all on two days and they are one after another with no breaks. But one day a week, everything I want to take 3 classes, which is 3 hours striaght, and I know my mom won't wait for me to dance for 3 hours. I am taking two of them most likely but I really want to take the third dance class. I want to ask my dad if he will pick me up after my dance class, but he already has a long drive to work there and back everyday. What should I do?

I know how passionate us dancers can be about doing what we love so I'm sure you'll do whatever it takes to get that extra class ;] Instead of asking your parents, find out who else is taking the class and maybe they can help you out with a ride. If that doesn't work then maybe you can get a bike and ride it, it's only 2 days a week ;]

not to sound rude, but you should be thankful that your parents are being this supportive and driving you to the other two classes. try asking your mom and dad first about the third class, then if they say no,then deal with it. you already have two classes anyhow.
