In order to get rid of fat you can't do specific workouts like, if you want to loose stomach fat you can't do crunches. You have to burn it off with cardio. So, if you eat healthy and do cardio maybe 4 times a week, or every other day with strenght workouts on the non cardio days, you should see results. But, if you eat like out every night or have a lot of sweets, don't expect any quick results. If you want to loose weight best and most efficently, eat healthy. Heres an easy way to see what to eat.. courtsey of a true dietitian.
