Paypal?

Question Posted Thursday May 15 2008, 6:26 pm

I'm an artist, and I'd like to start selling commissions for USD. I have a Paypal account, but it's not linked to my bank account; only directly to my credit card. Is it possible for me to recieve money with just a credit card? Thank you. :]

Hey there, I'm an artist too!... Actually, I'm an illustrator which is a little different. :)

Now, to answer your question, you can receive the money into your Paypal account. However, once you get it, the money just sits in your Paypal account. Which means that it's basically just credit on Paypal. That's fine if you do a lot of online shopping, but if you want the cash you're gonna have to connect it to a bank account. Good luck with your commissions!
