The two things that have had my interest for quite a while were : Psychology or Art, and I've basically lost the interest for both of them.. I have had lots of bad and good things that have happened in my life, that most people never experienced. But I've just thought about it all.. and my view on being that has changed, I dont want to listen to people's problems anymore.

And for the art situation. Art is a very tedious thing.. and I know there are tons of jobs that have to do with art, but the only thing is like art or photography ... I dont know that I'm especially good at anything anymore, so i dont know how to find what I want to do.

In art, there are two VERY DISTINCT schools of thought: Fine Arts and Commercial Arts.

Fine Artists are the ones you'll learn about in art history classes. The movers and shakers, if you will, that influence how people make and perceive art.

Commercial Artists are those that basically want to make money. They do work in advertising, illustration and editorial work, and they have to keep very "on top" of current styles and trends in their fields.

When people say "art," it's a very broad term. Photography falls into this category.

But the thing you have to keep in mind, is with art, YOU MUST HAVE A CONCEPT. It doesn't necessarily have to be a difficult concept, [Google "Jackson Pollock"] but all art needs a concept. For example, you could use the experience you described as your concept, and whatever it is that helps you express your concept could be your method.

Art isn't difficult, it just takes a lot of thinking. :)

Try IKEA [www.ikea.com] for furniture and things. Also give URBAN OUTFITTERS a shot, they've got a great selection of trendy cute stuff! [www.urbanoutfitters.com].

University of Arizona -- one of the best photography labs in the US. Also houses the COMPLETE collection of Ansel Adams and has a ton of Stieglitz too. :)

I'm an artist, and I'd like to start selling commissions for USD. I have a Paypal account, but it's not linked to my bank account; only directly to my credit card. Is it possible for me to recieve money with just a credit card? Thank you. :] (link)
Hey there, I'm an artist too!... Actually, I'm an illustrator which is a little different. :)

Now, to answer your question, you can receive the money into your Paypal account. However, once you get it, the money just sits in your Paypal account. Which means that it's basically just credit on Paypal. That's fine if you do a lot of online shopping, but if you want the cash you're gonna have to connect it to a bank account. Good luck with your commissions!
