if all the guys that like you are "ugly" and you want a boyfriend then theres really nothing you can do except not be shallow and try one of those guys..or you could try and meet new people and if you see a guy that catches your eye give it a shot, some guys are shy so they might want you to make the first move

Guys at your age are come off more shy then girls do. If you want to win over a cute guy, you're probably going to be stuck making a move.
Fine a guy who catches your eye first, and catch his right back. Once eye contact is there, focus on him asking you out. If he doesn't, don't assume that he's not interested.. he's probably just nervous.
Guys get a lot cuter as they get older, but only looking as a face can sometimes cancel out how wonderful they'd be to you in a relationship.
